Good! If more players did their research, there would be less scamming.

Here is documentation of three very large contracts entered into by @jmichael214, all for payment plans for large purchases, both performed in full, very early.

Contract # 1:

Here is a link to the contract I entered into with @Imabankthing to buy a melon sword on a payment plan including a $210,000 down payment, and $20,000 payments, once a day for 37 days.

That was signed on February 7th. Today is February 25th. I paid it off in 18 days.

Here is a link to a contract I signed with @oxwood2 to buy the spawntown Zenith for $1,000,000 ECD, all in payment plan of a mininum of $20,000 a day for fifty days.

This contract was approved April 2nd, 2015. Fifty days from then would be May 21st. Here is a picture of me putting the last $80,000 in the sign on May 2nd:
