General Purpose of Contract:
Creation and transfer of the region "Posiedon"

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Iticip agrees to provide @PoLi_98 with $85,000 to rank up for Mayor.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@PoLi_98 agrees to file the application below.
@PoLi_98 agrees that this region belongs to @Iticip , and he is simply just the one applying for it
@PoLi_98 agrees to not allow his balance to go below $85,000 until the application is processed, and @Iticip am added as owner of the town.
@PoLi_98 agrees to give @Iticip the ability to use a town transfer/claim on this town
@PoLi_98 agrees not to place any locks in the town
@PoLi_98 agrees not to add any owners to the town, or touch the town in any way until I am added as the sole owner
@PoLi_98 agrees to type the following command in the Rising world upon ranking up: /rg addowner Poseidon iticip
@PoLi_98 agrees that if I need an application done for the town, and I supply the money to @PoLi_98 , they must file the application for the town

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
