General Purpose of Contract:
Me and appleprocucling well allow minecraftparkerh to rent are eff 5 silk 1 unbreaking 3 diamond sword, or melon sword, for 48 hours, he will pay all $ upfront(45k for the 48 hours) http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/melon-sword-rental.96623/page-2#post-489550 him agreeing to rent and I do indeed want him to follow through by him saying only mods will repair. If the sword is broken/not returned, minecraftparkerh will pay 1 million $ to me/apple in a sign that we would set up. during the 48 hours no other users are allowed to use the sword, this includes giving to a friend, loaning it out to someone himself, etc

I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. lego, I don't care about the donation $,+ it doesn't hide it on the forums, he didn't have the 45k upfront for the 2 days he wanted to trade which isn't allowed as we require it all upfront
