General Purpose of Contract:
Loan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will provide Glooble a loan of 450,000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Glooble will provide myself a 500,000 repayment of the loan.
The full payment is expected by March 6th, 2014.
Payments will be made in the Wildehaven Staff Repayment Centre, where a sign will be placed, where Glooble may purchase 1 stone for 1,000 as his repayment method for this loan. There will be 500 stone in the sign at the beginning of this loan.
In addition, Glooble will agree that he is not to play lottery from the time that this contract is fully signed and locked until such a time that the loan has been fully repaid.
Should evidence come forth that Glooble has participated in lottery during the loan period, this will be recorded with screenshot, timestamped evidence and he will be charged 10,000 interest to be due in addition to the 500,000 loan principle. This will be accounted for by Stolio placing 10 additional stone in the loan repayments sign in the Wildehaven Staff Repayment Centre.
This interest incurrence can be charged a total of 5 times with applicable evidence, for a maximum interest fine of 50,000. Any interest incurred will be due at the same date as the full loan, and there will be no extensions for incurring interest.
On the 6th occurrence of a failure to abstain from lottery participation, Glooble will be reported and held accountable for breach of contract.
Failure to pay the full principle and any interest incurred by 11:59pm EST, March 6th, 2014 will result in Glooble being reported and held accountable for breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
