General Purpose of Contract:
User will clear the underground of my town (200 by 200) for 2k before the job is done and 2k after the job is done (Total=4k) including the Materials and the pick which has been provided for him (Eff III, Unb III)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. The 200 by 200 area must be cleared (Apart from bits that are done)
2. To do this is the time he is on
3. /mail send me when the work is complete
4. User has given me a timeframe which he may be able to do it, this is 1 week although i will allow 9 days to complete.
(Failure to do so will result in 2k payback along with the pickaxe and material money made)
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
