I am paying him to submit his mayor application, then give me the town immediately there after​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

I will pay Dodos1 60k after this contract is approved.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

Dodos1 will submit his mayor application, and as soon as it gets accepted, as me as owner. Also Dodos1 must:​

Not make any attempt to reclaim the town​

Will not come back to me about owning the town again​

If I pay Dodos1 to submit a Original Mayor application, he must do it​

If he is successful in reclaiming the town, he can not remove any owner, and can not remove any members​
