General Purpose of Contract:
So i can get somewhiteguy103's town for 65k

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Ilikepiehaha will pay somewhiteguy103 $65,000 in return for full ownership of tekenical. somewhiteguy103 will then remove himself from the town.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Billybue24 agrees to the following:

He gives up full rights to the town.
He will not attempt to reclaim the town
In the event this clause is broken He will owe $100,000 to me ilikepiehaha



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
