General Purpose of Contract:
I alukolli are buying BENHRITZKO mayor rank, in exchange of an town he will apply for that i choose name and location for.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I alukolli will pay BENHRITZKO 85k upon approvement of contract

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
BENHRITZKO will in return agree to the following
1. apply for an town according to my details, that i will send him on pm
2. never under no circumstances apply to get this town back
3. be avalible for application of heal sign and other that i might need, alukolli will pay
4. hand over ownership as soon as the application is done, and do not do anything within theese town limits unless i approve it.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
