General Purpose of Contract:
Turning 100% ownership of the town "officetown" and all of its contents to BackToThePast and emongolab .

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1. emongolab will pay Zeek87 the amount discussed in game private chat as requested by officepwnz123.
2. The private chat amount and payment will be recorded via screenshots due to privacy issues.
3. emongolab will pay an additional 40k to Zeek87 as requested by officepwnz123, for the placement of a town warp at x: -1882 y: 64 z: 4216

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. officepwnz123 will give up ownership of the town of "officetown".
2. officepwnz123 will remove all of his LWC locks existing in the town.
3. officepwnz123 will use the application posted below and apply for a town warp in the correct forum.
4. officepwnz123 will maintain a minimum /balance $40,000 ECC to pay for the town warp.
5. The contents of the town will remain in there original positions until town ownership has been completed.
6. emongolab and BackToThePast will be made owners of the town "officetown"and all other owners will be removed.

The ownership of the town will then be 100% in the hands of emongolab and BackToThePast.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?: Yes
