General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town of Shaba.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Nicit6 will pay Miner1975 $90,000 in return for full ownership of Shaba. Nicit6 will leave Miner1975 as a member until all of Miner1975’s items are removed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Miner1975 agrees to the following:

1. He gives up full rights to the town.
2. He will do the command of /rg addowner Shaba Nicit6 after the payment has been recieved.
   1. Nicit6 has the right to do /rg removeowner Shaba Miner1975 and then /rg addmember Shaba Miner1975
   2. After 3 day Nicit6 can do /rg removemember Shaba Miner1975
3. He will remove all/any of his locks/items in the town after the sale of the town. He will have 3 days to do this.
4. He will not attempt to reclaim the town
   1. In the event this clause is broken he will owe $180,000 to the town owner.
      1. In the event he suceeds in reclaiming the town the following apply:
         1. He may not remove/add any owners of the town
         2. He may not remove/add any members of the town
         3. He may not remove/add any locks in the town
5. All of the previous terms and conditions apply regardless of if a new owner/co-owner is added or if the town is sold.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
