General Purpose of Contract:
Give 200 x 200 town cybertron, with portal for 80k, i will also put in a warp application for omnicrafter when he pays me 40k. I will also remove all locks i have, and if omnicrafter finds any i will have to unlock them.

Pay sniperDog3000 80,000 $ for the 200 x 200 town, also u may NOT kick any one from the town unless you give the active player a week to get there stuff and go. Also you have to give sniperDog3000 1 and ahalf days to get his stuff out.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
