General Purpose of Contract:
Mining and clearing an area.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay sheep_mage $12,000 for clearing the specified land in my town of paradisebeach (as marked by cobblestone). I also agree to pay blackbelt4eva $15,000 for clearing the specified land in my town of paradisebeach (marked by sand).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Sheep_mage will clear a 40x200x3 area (as outlined by the specified cobblestone), by wednesday, August 14th, at 5:00 PM EST. He will be paid $12,000 for clearing the area. He also may keep any ores and minerals (coal, iron, stone, cobblestone, sand, dirt, etc.) he finds in the specified area.

Blackbelt4eva will clear a 50x200x3 area (as outlined by the specified sand), by wednesday, August 14th, at 5:00 PM EST. He will be paid $15,000 for clearing the area. He also may keep any ores and minerals (coal, iron, stone, cobblestone, sand, dirt, etc.) he finds in the specified area.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
