General Purpose of Contract: to record agreement of purchase and sale of a town, and that a town-spawn portal shall be acquired for this purpose by the current owner before actual transfer of ownership of town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

- pay calevmir the cost of acquiring a town spawn portal ($75,000), immediately upon the acceptance of this agreement.

- spidawg must capture a screenshot as proof of the payment being sent to calevmir

- as soon as the town spawn portal application has been processed, pay calevmir for the agreed price of the town ($70,000)

- spidawg agrees to allow calevmir to be a resident of the town after this agreement takes place without charging for a plot etc. Ongoing membership will be subject to ECC server rules per usual.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- calevmir will immediately remove all other co-owners of his town "monaco" that are listed in /rg info immediately upon the acceptance of this agreement.

- calevmir will apply for a town spawn portal for his town "monaco" immediately upon receipt of payment for the town portal. Placement of town portal is asked to be anywhere on the main island.

- After the town-spawn portal is completed and spidawg makes second payment (for the town), calevmir will add spidawg as exclusive owner of monaco and after will either remove himself as a region owner, or allow spidawg to remove calevmir as an owner.

- Take screenshot of /rg info with spidawg as exclusive owner and calevmir removed as an owner of the town, as proof of fulfillment of above.

- Note: Calevmir has the option to add himself as a region MEMBER of the town, which ongoing town relationship shall be subject to all standard ECC server rules.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
