@Chundi_Jr purchasing ECC Shop giftcards from @Rip_Peep_2017
To void a previous contract

I, @Chundi_Jr, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will transfer ownership of my eff7 "DiamondGobbler" (#J2V4WP86) within 48 hours of receiving the payments from @Rip_Peep_2017
• I agree to void our previous contract: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-eff7-sale.172833/

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Rip_Peep_2017 will purchase two ECC Shop gift cards under my name and have them sent to my email (provided to him in a forum PM) One gift card valued at $100.00usd and the other valued at $40usd totalling $140usd in ECC Shop gift cards. These will be purchased on or before March 31, 2018.
• @Rip_Peep_2017 will pay @Chundi_Jr $45,000ecd on or before March 31, 2018
• If the eff7 is stolen/broken/lost/no longer with us, all payments must still be made.
• @Rip_Peep_2017 agrees to void our previous contract: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-eff7-sale.172833/

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
