General Purpose of Contract:

Purchasing @KingCharlie9 's president town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will transfer 85 000 EcoDollars to @KingCharlie9 within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• I will provide @KingCharlie9 with the future town's coordinates and world, they are included in a spoiler at the bottom of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @KingCharlie9 will file a President application using the information in the spoiler below within 24 hours after receiving the money.
  
• @KingCharlie9 will add @a_man21 as a region owner of the new town within 24 hours of the President application's approval.
  
• @KingCharlie9 will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @a_man21 will become the new legal owner.
  
• If the President application is denied for any reason @a_man21 may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @KingCharlie9 will be required to return the 85 000 EcoDollars to @a_man21 within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
  
• This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application or town claim application of the town Virginia, which may be filed by @a_man21 at a later time.
