    General Purpose of Contract:
    Mayor Rank for Mayor town.

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

    @Silentshot90 agrees to the following terms:
    Will pay @JonahBel $85,000 ecd within 24 hours of this contract's approval.

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

    @JonahBel agrees to the following terms:
    Will use the $85,000 ecd to apply for Mayor rank.
    Will apply for mayor rank within 24 hours of receiving the $85,000 ecd.
    Will do /rg ao TampSkyRise Silentshot90 within 24 hours of @JonahBel mayor app being accepted.
    Understands that @Silentshot90 will remove @JonahBel from the town.
    Agrees @Silentshot90 has all rights to file a town-transfer application for the town.
    Agrees to add any town features as long as @Silentshot90 pays for it.
    Understands that @Silentshot90 can do whatever they want with the town.
    Agrees that they will never attempt to reclaim official ownership of the town.
    Will fill out the mayor application exactly as shown below:
