General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a melon sword (Efficiency 5 + Silk Touch) over 10 days.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I agree to give @SSolaire my melon sword (ID #IIUSGX1Q-- Named "Melon Sword") via a chest located at 171/61/6912 in legacy within 24 hours of approval of this contract.

- I will add @@SSolaire to the /own of the tool upon receiving the full payment of $1,400,000 ECD. Thus giving him FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed. This will occur within 48 hours of the full payment being received.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@SSolaire must:

- Pay me $1,400,000 ECD 10 days from this contract's acceptance

- Pay the above mentioned payment to the 2 signs accessed by doing /warp coal and walking straight ahead. 171/61/6912 in legacy. These signs are both signs selling a torch for $700,000 ECD (total 1.4m)

- Agree to not sell, rent or give the pickaxe to anyone until all $1,400,000 is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @SSolaire.

- Agree that if the tool is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
