General Purpose of Contract:

Safe transaction of @cessnock's Mayor town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

- Will send @cessnock $85,000 in-game within 24 hours of contract approval.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

- @cessnock will apply for Mayor within 24 hours of receiving the $85,000 and application details via forum PM. Applying with incorrect details will result in a breach of contract.
- @cessnock will not attempt to reclaim the town unless permission has been given from @Bashdash100.
- @cessnock will allow a town transfer to occur when @Bashdash100 desires to apply for one.
- @cessnock will apply for any town features upon @Bashdash100's request within 24 hours of receiving the appropriate amount of ECD.
- @cessnock will add @Bashdash100 as owner of the town that has been applied for within 24 hours of the Mayor application being approved, they will remove themselves within 1 hour of doing this.
- @cessnock will not add or remove any members/owners whilst they are added as an owner to the town to apply for features.
- @cessnock will apply for mayor using the following format:
