General Purpose of Contract:
The remodeling and construction of a melon farm.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Within 24 hours of the approval of this contract and membership given to the town of Sedona, @DevotedToChrist will begin to construct:

- A 200x200x11 melon farm with all materials required being supplied by @DevotedToChrist and incorporated into the cost.
- After the construction or remodeling of each floor into a melon farm, @DevotedToChrist will provide via pm to @Phantomine a bill equivalent to the amount and type of blocks used. The cost of each floor cannot be in excess of $28,116 based on a floor detailing exactly 1,911 glowstone, 5,675 stonebrick, and and 15,288 melon seeds, and only eleven floors are to be constructed.
- Each floor must be completed within two weeks of the last floor's bill being posted over pm, or two weeks from when this contract is initially accepted.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- Within 24 hours of this contract, membership to the town of Sedona will be given by @Phantomine to @DevotedToChrist in order to immediately begin construction.
- Upon the completion of each floor within the expressed specifications, @Phantomine will pay @DevotedToChrist the expressed value of that floor stated within its bill, seeing that it adheres to the expressed specifications of construction stated within this contract.
- All bills must be paid by @Phantomine within two weeks of the completion and billing of a floor.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes, I agree to these terms.

 

Eek, what the timeframe was designed to be after I completed each floor (which cannot take longer than two weeks per floor), in which case Phanto will be paying an amount equivalent or less than $28,116 depending on the amount of materials utilized within each floors, and in total there will be 11 such floors.

I looked at the contract last night and I'm kind of struggling to offer a clearer time frame, as all I can think to do within the contract is state the initiation of the contract (which is as soon as its approved), the time by which payments must be made (at the completion of each of the floors), and the closing of the contract (after the completion of a total of 11 floors).

Could you help me by recommending where I should make the edits, should you still think we need them, in order to offer a better timeframe for the contract? If you would like, I could place an umbrella time limit over the entire project to take absolutely no longer than four months lest the remaining payments for each floor be forfeit for me, and also to make the overall price for the entire project no greater than $309,276 (the maximum cost of building all eleven floors).

 

I edited the contract and substituted "within 24 hours" as 7am suggested for all areas stating "upon the approval of this contract". Please let me know if this will be sufficient :)
