General Purpose of Contract:
Safe purchase of @Tinerco's mayor town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Bashdash100 agrees to pay $85,000 ECD to @Tinerco within 1 hour of contract approval.
@Bashdash100 agrees to place the town posts within 1 hour of contract approval.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Tinerco will not attempt to reclaim this town without permission from @Bashdash100.
@Tinerco agrees to apply for any town features if funds are provided by @Bashdash100.
@Tinerco agrees that within 24 hours of the mayor application being accepted, they will add @Bashdash100 as an owner and remove themselves.
@Tinerco agrees to apply for mayor within 3 hours of receiving the $85,000 from @Bashdash100. The town must be named "MeowCasino"
@Tinerco will have the town posts listed as follows:
Post A: 3937/63/-14022
Post B: 4137/68/-14022
Post C: 4137/63/-14222
Post D: 3937/-14222
@Tinerco agrees to obey any instructions or required edits in the mayor application from @Bashdash100
@Tinerco allows @Bashdash100 to use a town transfer if desired.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
