    General Purpose of Contract:
    I will sell my melon sword to @ConferateBoys for 780k up front, and will receive 270k in 3 weeks.

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    I, Lambo41, agree to sell my melon sword to @ConferateBoys for 780k up front within 24 hours of when the contract is approved.

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    @ConferateBoys must pay me 270k in the 3 weeks provided, with the trade sign provided (coords -7929, 73, -5267) and the set amount will be 90k per week.
    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    I agree to purchase Lambos melon sword Eff 5 silk 1 and un breaking 3 sword for 780k upfront and 270k in 3 weeks.

    Before I can go through with your contract, every time you state the user "Conferateboys" you need to tag them. This can be done by putting an at sign in front of their name like this: @ConferateBoys

    Once this is done, @ConferateBoys will need to re-agree.

    Within your contract you state,

    The amount itself is fine, however can you state a payment method such as a trade sign, or another method which suits. If you're going to go with a trade sign, please mention the co-ords of the trade sign within the contract.

    @ConferateBoys once these changes are done, you will need to re-agree. This time, you will need to tag your name when agreeing.
