    General Purpose of Contract:
    To ensure all profits/expenses and labour of Stone Oak Nation are shared equally between @diamondmaster5 and @webman11123

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    Must help on all public builds
    May not remove @webman11123 from town co-ownership
    Must split 50/50 all profits unless buying land for myself

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    Must help on all public builds
    May not remove @diamondmaster5 from town co-ownership
    Must split 50/50 all profits unless buying land for himself

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree

    Hello. Upon discussing this with other staff members, we have decided that we cannot accept this contract. The terms highlighted by this contract are way too vague and broad to be enforced. There are no time constraints, and to be honest, we don't see how you would time constrain a contract like this. If you guys come up with something, feel free to write up another contract, and we will take a look at it. Currently, there's really no way to enforce this contract. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to pm me or another staff member, either on the forums or in game.
