    General Purpose of Contract:
    To have another co owner in the town

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    I agree to give co-ownership of the town of efficientfarms to @AceofDiamonds within 24 hours of the contracts approval

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    @AceofDiamonds will agree to take care of the 200 20 15 nether wart farm section of the town efficientfarms. This means if there is to be a grief @AceofDiamonds will repair the area with in 7 days of the grief. @AceofDiamonds also must not be inactive for 7 days+ without notifying @MinecraftParkerH first and can't be offline for over 1 month of notifying @MinecraftParkerH . @AceofDiamonds may never remove @MinecraftParkerH or any other co owners no matter what or @AceofDiamonds the contract will have been breached. @AceofDiamonds will only sells farm perms at 5k per @AceofDiamonds will be required to give half of the money @AceofDiamonds sold the perm for (2.5k). If @AceofDiamonds doesn't do this again @AceofDiamonds will be have breached the contract and lose co ownership. Also at no time should @AceofDiamonds add co owners to the town or again @AceofDiamonds will lose co ownership and be banned. @AceofDiamonds also may not sell perms for less than 5k or will lose co ownership

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes

    Hey guys :) Before I can approve this, you guys need to make a few adjustments:

    @MinecraftParkerH you need to specify the Farm perm price to a specific amount, so 'half' can be defined as a set number. Wherever you put I, we, he, ect. Please replace that with the username in question, to avoid any confusion that could arise in the future. Also, instead of saying he will be 'banned' could you please put that he will have 'breached the contract'? In addition, please specify the time you will add @AceofDiamonds as co-owner, such as 'within 24 hours of this contract being approved' or something similar.

    After he has done this @AceofDiamonds will need to re-agree correctly, by tagging his username with an '@' symbol in front of it.

    Hey @MinecraftParkerH could you please change 'when' he sells them at 5k to something like 'he will only sell them at 5k' or something like that. I noticed a possible loophole that has to be fixed.
    This should be the last thing to fix and then we're good!

    @AceofDiamonds will of course need to re-agree after this.
