General Purpose of Contract:
I, @appleprocucling will rent my EFF 7 star tool pickaxe to @MinecraftParkerH for 7 days.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will let @MinecraftParkerH rent my EFF7 pickaxe for 7 days starting today after receiving 140K as payment for the period of rental.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@MinecraftParkerH will pay 140K within 30 minutes of contract approval. And after receiving the EFF7 pickaxe rent it and keep it in his possession only for (a maximum of) 7 days after contract approval.

He, @MinecraftParkerH will deliver the EFF7 before 7 days have past since contract approval in a donation chest located right by the Applepvpgate. Portal entrance located at:

By accepting the contract he agrees that he knows where this is.



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
