General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of @TomKC's town claim.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Upon approval of this contract @block_crusher agrees to provide @TomKC with $100,000 Ecodollars.
@block_crusher also agrees to give permission to @TomKC to be Co-mayor of his nation 'Omnitopia' and sell farm perms.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Upon approval of this contract @TomKC agrees to claim the town Omnitopia2, and add @block_crusher as owner as soon as he receives ownership.

  • The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. @TomKC agrees to not remove or greif anything from the town and to not post any lwc removals.
@TomKC agrees to not remove @block_crusher as owner at any time.
If the town cannot be claimed for whatever reason @TomKC agrees to refund @block_crusher the 100k.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
