General Purpose of Contract:
I will be paying @kubak711 $70,000 in exchange for @kubak711 giving me their mayor town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give @kubak711 $70,000 ECD within 1 day of this contract being approved in exchange for their mayor town.
@kubak711 agrees to make the town name "loganmini1" when posting their mayor application.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@kubak711 will receive $70,000 ECD from @loganeric and will forfeit their ownership of their mayor town. They will not attempt to reclaim the town under any circumstances.
Once they accept this contract, they have 1 days to get online to receive $70,000 ECD for the town. Once the money is paid, the user will set up a mayor application, and give @loganeric ownership rights immediately.
@kubak711 agrees to post a Mayor Application within 24 hours of receiving the 70k from me.
@kubak711 will add me the second they log in if the mayor application has been done and accepted. They will do "/rg add owner loganmini1 loganeric"

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
