General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe transfer of the town of Libertatem to me for an agreed upon amount of 50k.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give @Abby_Temple 50k ecd within 3 days of this contract being approved in exchange for the town of Libertatem.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Abby_Temple and @Miss_Anomaly, upon @Abby_Temple receiving 50k, will forfeit their ownership of the town of Libertatem. They will not attempt to reclaim the town under any circumstances.
Once they accept this contract, they have 3 days to get online to receive my 50k for the town. Once they money is paid, they have a maximum of 10 mins to add me as the owner.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

I've had some history with town issues and I just want to be as thorough as possible in this contract so issues never arise. Abby and Miss co-own the town, and they have agreed that 50k is a fair price, and that will be paid to Abby. Miss doesn't have to do anything except agree that she will be removed. Ill edit it to make it more clear.

 

I do still need it but I'm not sure why @Abby_Temple and @Miss_Anomaly have been inactive. If you could please agree to this soon, that would be great.
Also, what changes need to be made? I thought the changes were already made.

I honestly have no idea where they are. We had a deal then Abby had to go and said she would bbl. I haven't seen her since. I hadn't paid her anything, and she didn't add me to the town yet.
