I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @MinecraftParkerH will sell @Ceebrett my melon sword for 1.2 million ECD. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ceebrett will pay me @MinecraftParkerH 1.2 million over 4 weeks time for my melon sword. If @Ceebrett is late, a late fee of 50k ECD will be added for one week and then after January 24, 2015 I @MinecraftParkerH can file a complaint. Final payment due on January 17, 2015. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @MinecraftParkerH, your contract is very vague. You had told me in-game that you were renting the msword, but in this contract it sounds like you are selling it? Also, what happens after 4 weeks? What if @Ceebrett is late giving the msword back, will there be late fees attached? You need to make this as specific as you can. Once @MinecraftParkerH edits the contract, @Ceebrett will need to agree again. Also I suggest a trade sign be set up for the payments.
