General Purpose of Contract:
I buy him/her(sorry) a $12.75 donation feature at 7k/USD which comes to a total of $89250
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will buy @dumdum71 the Happyvillager trail donation feature for $12.75 USD within 24 hours of the contract being locked
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@dumdum71 Will pay @ThatKidArshi $89250 within 48 hours once i get unbanned.
If @dumdum71 does not successfully pay 89250 after 48 hours of me being unbanned, he will be required to pay a 5k per day late fee, up until 2 weeks, when it will be considered a breach of contract
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@ThatKidArshi, I am assuming you mean "unban" instead of ban. Can you change that? and @dumdum71 will have to reagree.

@ThatKidArshi This really doesn't have to be that complicated. Why don't you just make it so that if I'm late I have to pay you a reasonable late fee. It's honestly a bit unreasonable to give you all my towns for being late, especially when me not paying you might not be completely my fault because you could be online at different times than me.

Now it looks like you get my chests regardless of if I'm late or not. Once again, this doesn't have to be difficult. Sure 5k per day is completely fine. You are going to have to add it to the op for it to be enforced though. Let's just keep this simple? There really isn't a reason to worry, I am an active user with no bans.
I've also put all the money required in a sign for when you are unbanned so you don't need to worry about me not having it. -

One last thing, sorry I'm so picky, but can you please edit If user @@dumdum71 is late within 48 hours once i get unbanned, There will be a 5k a day late for for 2 weeks. to make it understandable? I would change it to "If @dumdum71 does not successfully pay 89250 after 48 hours of me being unbanned, he will be required to pay a 5k per day late fee, up until 2 weeks, when it will be considered a breach of contract".
