General Purpose of Contract:
Since @Epislen might get banned on the day of this contract. I'm giving him am extension( http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-epislen.112600/ )
5k a day for 2 weeks, will count as a late fee if he chooses to accept this contract

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: collect the money that @Epislen owes me


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Will have to pay me the exact amount is due on the day. If @episen breaches the contract. I will have full ownership to all the towns he owns (If he has). I have permissions to LWC all his chest.
