IGN: @Avowin Users Involved in this Contract: @eyesee3 @jmichael214 General Purpose of Contract: To secure the selling of lacerta and the purchasing of a portal I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Avowin agree to add @eyesee3 and @jmichael214 l as the owner of lacerta after @eyesee3 pays me 18k, and I @Avowin will in the next 7 days apply for a town-town portal once @eyesee3 pays me the cost for the portal, and his heart. Once this is done, @Avowin will remove himeself from the town, if requested The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @eyesee3 agrees to pay me 18k once this is accepted for the town, and to pay me the cost for the town-town portal app, and to give @Avowin an nstar renamed to "gift from ic3" I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Avowin Please use tags for all mentions of the players usernames. Also specify who will be paying you the 18k and whose heart it is, and also the part should say "within 7 days of this contract being approved" and should specify the town that the portal would be for. It should also include that you will then remove yourself from the list of owners if that is part of the agreement. @jmichael214 and @eyesee3 You will both need to post your agreements again after these edits have been made.
