    General Purpose of Contract:
    <general outline of what the contract is for.> to keep a record of an investment to a town

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> I will pay $40k ecd on 05,10,2014 as an investment to @mukilteo98275 to his town ,AncientOak(http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/mukilteo98275s-town-mayor-application.109409/)

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> give @uytm1 25% ownership of the town.(@uytm1 would be added as a co-onwer, 05,10,2014) which includes a 25% share of the total income that the town generates. a 20x20 "prime"
    plot in the town as well as being the "main" coordinator for minewars/lockerwars event held in the town.
    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    Do you, uytm1 agree to give me mukilteo98275 40k for: 25% owner ship of the town and all the revenue it generates,and a 20 x 20 “prime” plot, as well as becoming the “main” coordinator for minewars/lockerwars. Do you agree to these terms and conditions?
