General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a Melon Sword on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@block_crusher agrees to give ownership of a Melon Sword to @erro_syn as soon as this contract is approved.
@block_crusher agrees to place a sign in the town of sixflags (@erro_syn's town) in order for him to make his weekly payments.
@block_crusher agrees to return ownership of @erro_syn's two towns: legitville and sixflags as soon as the payment plan is completed.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@erro_syn agrees to add @block_crusher as the owner of both of his towns: legitville and sixflags until the payment plan is complete.
@erro_syn agrees to purchase @block_crusher the investigator donation feature ($100USD) on the 10th of October 2014.
@erro_syn agrees to pay $250k ecd / week into a trade sign that @block_crusher has placed in the town sixflags for a total of 4 weeks.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Basically;

I will give @erro_syn ownership of my Melon Sword after this contract is completed.
He will add me as the owner of his two towns as collateral in case something goes wrong.
He will then pay 250k per week to a sign located in his town for a total of 4 weeks as well as buy me the investigator donation feature on the 10th of October.
