General Purpose of Contract:
Eff 7 Pickaxe Sale

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Upon approval of contract will give @Original_Jackson Eff 7 Unb 3 Silk 1 Pickaxe.
Will set up payment sign at x: -7599 y: 58 z: -3408 legacy world.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Make 25k ECD payments to the sign set up at coordinates stated above.
At least 1 payment per day. Payments may be made in advance.
40 payments totalling 1 million ECD.
Payment plan will last 40 days.
If 1 million ECD has not been paid within the 40 days of this contract's acceptance, user will owe a 250k initial late fee + 10k per day late for 4 weeks.
After 4 weeks are up, a complaint may be filed by @StoneIronZ .

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
