Two things wrong.

1. You have to tag ctop whenever you mention him in the contract.
2. ctop needs to use the correct format.

After you make the edits, ctop will also need to approve again.

 

I agree tot he terms of this contract are subject to all of EcocityCraft rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Buying ctop_1013 Mayor in exchange for the town that comes with it.

ie. Full ownership under my name and he may never ask to reclaim it.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay ctop_1013 a total sum of 85,000 ECD in exchange for his mayor town, which will be named a name of my choosing and in a location of my choosing.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
ctop_1013 agrees to give MattBrpQc full ownership of his mayor town and gives up the right to ever reclaim said town. ctop_1013 agrees to never re-claim said town.
