IGN: @minecraftbros0 Users Involved in this Contract: @OhMrsKittyKat @frenchhornplayer General Purpose of Contract: The successful transfer of the town Mesapia to me, @minecraftbros0. This will be done using @frenchhornplayer's town claim that is indebted to @OhMrsKittyKat. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay @OhMrsKittyKat $199999.99 ECD. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @frenchhornplayer must claim the town Mesapia owned by @Kalagaraz. Once it is claimed, ownership of this town must be given to me. @OhMrsKittyKat must not be added as an owner, neither should anyone but me. If anyone else is added as an owner except me when the town is claimed, an immediate complaint will be filed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @minecraftbros0 the staff team is unable to enforce the following term put in the contract; The stated original owner of the town (Or user who uses a town claim on that town) has the right to request back his town if specific conditions are met, those conditions are checked and enforced by GA's. You will need to remove this term in order to have your contract accepted. I also suggest that if this is a town transfer that you request @OhMrsKittyKat agree to allowing the transfer of the town. Even though they arent the original owner they will still need to add you to the owner list, or accept that that town is being transfered. Please, seeing as this is a contract for a transfer also make sure that the original owner has been gone the 6 months, or is permabanned. This would of course only be a precaution, however I suggest it anyway. Once the contract has been edited @OhMrsKittyKat (also @OhMrsKittyKat you used the incorrect format to accept the contract, the correct one can be found here.) will need to agree to it again, aswell as @frenchhornplayer will still need to agree to the terms.

@OhMrsKittyKat you will need to redo your agreement, when agreeing to terms, or having a contract written whenever a users name is mentioned it must be like this "@OhMrsKittyKat". Please re-agree in the this way, with the format you used above.

Alright, I'll discuss this with @frenchhornplayer and @OhMrsKittyKat. @OhMrsKittyKat said French owed him by contract, so we'll try to resolve this.
@pbrassat17 I believe we have made a deal in which this contract will not be changed. However, I believe @frenchhornplayer and @OhMrsKittyKat are going to make a new contract on their loan that included the town claim. @frenchhornplayer you still must agree to this contract.
