Also you stated a 4 week payment plan, but how you set up the payments it does not equal $600,000 in 4 weeks, please clarify.
Lastly, have a date that the completion of the loan is due.

General Purpose of Contract:
The Transfer of Station32 on a Payment Plan
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
>>I, @donkey5k will post the application to transfer Station32 to @wenxuan100 with a 4 Week Rental as soon as this contract is accepted.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
>>@wenxuan100 will pay @donkey5k $60,000 Ecd as a down payment for Station32 when @donkey5k posts the application and $600,000 Ecd on a payment plan totaling to $600,000 + the $60,000 Down Payment to make it a final total of $660,000.
>>For the first 21 Days (Until August 31st 2014) , @wenxuan100 has to pay @donkey5k $15,000 a day and after September 1st 2014 @wenxuan100 has to pay @donkey5k $30,000 a day until the final debt is payed off on September 10th.
>>If the total of 660k isn't paid to @donkey5k by @wenxuan100 on September 10th, it would be identified as a breach of contract.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
