General Purpose of Contract:
190k to be paid back as 240k in three weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• create a two trade signs located in legacy: -3546 78 -4585
• use one to sell 1 dirt for 240k with one trade sign (for repayment of loan) This is the "first mentioned trade sign"
• use the other to sell 40 dirt at 5k each (for each day a payment is late) This is the "second mentioned trade sign"
• not add dirt to first mentioned trade sign/render trade sign inaccessible to @____________Turt
• Pay @____________Turt 190k ecd upon the approval of this contract once we are both online at the same time (within 24 hours).
• The time zone used for this contract is GMT-7 DST will be adjusted when applicable.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Pay @CrazySwagMaster1 240k within three weeks of the receipt of 190k.
  • This payment is to go through the first mentioned trade sign.
  • They are to be paid on or before the same calender day of the week as @CrazySwagMaster1's payment of 190k.
• Every midnight that passes when a payment is due a 5k late fee will be added.
  • These will be paid through the second mentioned trade sign.
  • These payments will continue until 200k in late fees have been pressed (40 days late).
  • Once 40 days has been reached @CrazySwagMaster1 will issue a complaint at her discretion.
  • Late fees are capped at 200k.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Changes have been made. @Macroni_and_Turt , you will need to reapprove after your name has been changed. I will also need to change my tags in contract to the new name.

 

Turt, no offense but MAYBE this will show you how frusterating it is when you repetitively change your names. I don't want to speak for staff but I feel they mirror my opinion.

I only do loans through forum contracts due to the amount of detail I put into it. I cannot feasibly put all of this into an in game chat as it would be a messy 7-8 screenshots.

My offer still stands. You need to either wait for you name change and due process of contract WITHOUT harassing staff to hurry (it's not their fault), or you can find another loaner. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You are to quit harassing/pestering staff. We are friends and we do go way back, but this is really no staff member's fault.

I will change contract appropriately once name change goes through, assuming we are continuing upon the time such terms are met.
