I @bobthegnome1 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: * @bobthegnome1 will add @pokeball92870 as owner of Paradise, in Rising within 12hours of receiving the payment of $200,000ECD from @pokeball92870. * @bobthegnome1 will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after ADDING the new owner; @pokeball92870 will become the new legal owner. * This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application or town claim application or any future means of doing so, which may be filed by @pokeball92870 at a later time. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: * @pokeball92870 will pay @bobthegnome1 $200,000ECD within 24hours of this contracts approval.
