I @bobthegnome1 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: * @bobthegnome1 will add @MinecraftParkerH as owner of Eledan, in Legacy within 12hours of receiving the initial payment of $350,000ECD from @MinecraftParkerH . * @bobthegnome1 will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town within 6 hours of adding the new owner; @MinecraftParkerH will become the new legal owner. * This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application or town claim application, which may be filed by @MinecraftParkerH at a later time. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: * @MinecraftParkerH will pay @bobthegnome1 $350,000ECD within 24hours of this contracts approval. * @MinecraftParkerH will pay @bobthegnome1 $50,000ECD by the 30th of July, 2018 by 12midnight EST.
