I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
i zorracraft agree to pay ltpfiredemon 70k for the town of viseu within 24hrs of this contract being approved

ltpfiredemon must make me the mayor of the town and agree to the town transfer app 24h after this contract accept
