General Purpose of contract:
To transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of "Piggytopia" (https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/mayor-application-piggytube.156416/#post-872577) in the world of rising from the permanent technical "ownership" of the user @Piggytube to the permanent technical "ownership" of the user @stigarose

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract as outlined in rule 3:

I @stigarose , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical "owners" and technical "members", selling the town or doing whatever I so decide with it.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Piggytube agrees to the transfer of ownership to @stigarose
@Piggytube agrees that the transfer has already taken place in game
@Piggytube agrees that the funds ($200,000ecd) has already been paid in game
