General Purpose of Contract:
This contract will govern the transfer of "legal ownership" of the town of eco_republic, located in rising, from @Clone1807 to @LJKAzrael. It will, in future, allow for the application of a "town transfer" from @Clone1807 to @LJKAzrael and with it "original ownership." While @Clone1807 remains "original owner" of the town, he must file any applications requested by and on behalf of @LJKAzrael (including but not limited to all applications in the "Mayors+" section of the ECC Wiki) for town improvements. The funds for the afore mentioned town improvements will be provided for @Clone1807 by @LJKAzrael. @LJKAzrael will pay 5% of the cost of the improvement to @Clone1807 as remuneration upon staff acceptance of a successful application.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @LJKAzrael, will pay @Clone1807 the sum of $20,000.00 ECD for "legal ownership" of the town of eco_republic within 24 hours of the approval of this contract by staff. If I so desire, I may require @Clone1807 to apply for town improvements; I will pay for the improvements and provide compensation to @Clone1807 in the form of 5% of the cost of the improvement upon staff acceptance. I may, at my discretion, add and remove @Clone1807 as an owner of the town. However, @Clone1807 may never remove me as an owner, nor may @Clone1807 add or remove any other users.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Clone1807 will add @LJKAzrael as owner of eco_republic upon receiving the $20,000.00 ECD payment. @Clone1807 agrees to his addition and removal as an owner of eco_republic at the discretion of @LJKAzrael. @Clone1807 will apply for any town improvements requested by @LJKAzrael. @Clone1807 may not remove @LJKAzrael as owner for any reason, nor may he add or remove any other members or owners. @Clone1807 agrees to the transfer of "original ownership" of the town via a "town transfer" to @LJKAzrael, if @LJKAzrael chooses to pursue it. @Clone1807 will remove all of his locks and his desired possessions within 24 hours of receiving payment, forfeiting was is left past this time.
I, @LJKAzrael, agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
