General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a town


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Will give @legocar5 $180,000 ecodollars.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. @legocar5 will use the money given, review the application for minor errors, and file the town application below, and give the town to @OnSceneReporter asap after the town is created, and shall be expected to be removed from perms. @OnSceneReporter will be considered the owner of the town.
   
   
   1. @legocar5 will add @OnSceneReporter to the town mayor perms.
      
      
   2. @legocar5 will expect to be removed fro the town mayor perms.
      
2. @legocar5 will not reclaim the town from @OnSceneReporter. In the event the town is reclaimed, the following shall apply:
   
   
   1. User may not add or remove any locks.
      
      
   2. User may not add or remove any owners or members.
      
      
   3. User may not sell the town.
      
      
   4. User may not file LWC removals on any member of the town.
      
3. @legocar5 will not troll lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any locks are requested to be removed, shall assist in removing them asap.
   
   
4. @legocar5 will assist with services that requires the establishing owner to be temporarily added back as a mayor of the town, will help complete the service, and shall be expected to be removed from the town with @OnSceneReporter still in possession.
   
   
   1. Services include filing applications for town features required by the establishing owner, and helping to re-add @OnSceneReporter as owner if something should happen where @OnSceneReporter is wrongfully removed.
      
5. @legocar5 consents that @OnSceneReporter, or a third party hired by @OnSceneReporter, may transfer the town or use a Tycoon+ town claim to claim the territory for any reason.

Additional information about your additional town: It’s going to be a nice town
Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this: Yes.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
