    General Purpose of Contract:
    Premaking a contract for a official town transfer down the road, where @GamingFoxYT will have no involvement in the towns ownership in anyway, this does not restrict @GamingFoxYT from being a member in any way.

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

    -I agree to create/file an Official Town Transfer Application over the town foxxytown (Original town application Here), owned by GamingFoxYT within the next 6 months

    -The 6 month opportunity window to file the Town Transfer Application over foxxytown begins immediately after the contract is approved.

    -This contract can be nullified only if both @Byakuya_Kuchiki and @GamingFoxYT agree to not follow through with the contract.

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

    -@GamingFoxYT agrees to complete/sign the Official Town Transfer Application over the town foxxytown within 48 hours after it is created.

    -The 6 month opportunity window to file the Town Transfer Application over foxxytown begins immediately after the contract is approved.

    -This contract can be nullified only if both @Byakuya_Kuchiki and @GamingFoxYT agree to not follow through with the contract.

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    Side Note - @GamingFoxYT sold the town previously to JoshcraftFTW who then sold it to me.

    The purpose of this is so that once i make the 180,000 for president and 250,000 for the town claim that this thread is already here while @GamingFoxYT is still active.

    Hello @Byakuya_Kuchiki. Before we can continue with this contract, I would like the following points to be addressed:

    - Where you agree to to the following terms, you simply state that you agree without any actual terms. Please specify what terms you are agreeing to, when it will be completed, and if you're giving "Co-Owner", "Official Owner", or "Legal Owner" to @GamingFoxYT.

    - Rather than, "When I make the fund", I would prefer a specified time. This is too vague, and may never become applicable.

    - Please expand on how/when this becomes active, and how they will claim back their town.

    @Byakuya_Kuchiki - Not exactly. You still have no terms for you to agree to. An example would be, "I agree to create/file an Official Town Transfer Application over the town <townname>, owned by GamingFoxYT within the next 6 months".

    Also: "@GamingFoxYT gives me full permission to create a official town transfer thread" Would be better if it was stated as something such as, "GamingFoxYT agrees to complete/sign the Official Town Transfer Application over the town <townname> 48 hours after it is created.

    I would also like you to add that you both agree to the following terms:

    - This contract can be nullified only if both @Byakuya_Kuchiki and @GamingFoxYT agree to not follow through with the contract.

    Remove:
    as it is addressed more specifically in the previous points.

    Also:
    I would prefer if you were to state that he will agree to the Transfer Application created by you, and that it will be done within 48 hours. E.g. "@GamingFoxYT agrees to complete/sign the Official Town Transfer Application over the town foxxytown, created by @Byakuya_Kuchiki, within 48 hours after it is created.

    Put the two points that you both agree to in both of your terms, not it's own little thing. Basically, a copy of it in both of your terms.
