General Purpose of Contract:
Safety of selling Station71 (yellow market, 3rd row) on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to file a transfer Station71 to @MinecraftParkerH within 48 hours of this contract approval.

I agree to set up signs for @MinecraftParkerH near /warp milwaukee (on the wall behind the color drop game) to pay 95k per week.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@MinecraftParkerH agrees to pay a total of 475k for the spawn shop in 5 weeks of 5 95k installments.

The dates are as follows:

1st January 2016
8th January 2016
15th January 2016
22nd January 2016
29th January 2016

Every payment is on Friday.

@MinecraftParkerH, agrees that -unless communicated to @goblizz beforehand in some manner - if he is late on any week it will cost him 10k/day late fee and late fees have to be paid by January 29th 2016 or else @goblizz will make a complaint.

@MinecraftParkerH agrees and acknowledges that payment time begins once 48 hours is up, allowing for ample time for @goblizz to clear the shop and related stock.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
