General Purpose of Contract:
To safely transfer the spawnshop Station59

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

@zr2002 agrees to transfer Station59 in @GeorgiaMC 's name.

@zr2002 will create a spawn-trade shop application in the Residents+ section to transfer the station to @GeorgiaMC within 24 hours of this contracts approval using this format:

  • The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. @GeorgiaMC agrees to pay @zr2002 $85,000 ECD by August 10th 2015 at 11:59 pm EST at the trade sign located in my town (MiniCity) in the world rising at the coords X: 7985 Y: 80 Z: -4384

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
