General Purpose of Contract:
Efficiency 7 Shared Chest Agreement

The Star tool or eff 7 that is referred to in this contract is an efficiency 7 diamond pickaxe with the following item id: #IW76BQCP

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I will pay @GoatsRMyLife $20,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being accepted, in exchange to be added to a shared star tools chest /warp atlanticcity.
- I will not break or lose the tool. If I do so, I understand I must pay @GoatsRMyLife 1.3M ECD for a replacement efficiency 7.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @GoatsRMyLife will add me to a shared star tools chest at /warp atlanticcity for a minimum of 1 month.
- Frostystorm1 will be the only user added to the shared chest, and the eff 7 will be stored in the chest at all times during this contract except for 2 exceptions.
Exception 1:
- @GoatsRMyLife is allowed to rent the eff 7 out to other people, but for no longer than 24 hours.
Exception 2:
- The eff 7 is currently being used by Frostystorm1, GoatsRMyLife, or an authorized renter, and is not present in the chest as a result.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
