@Zedoker will be selling a star rod (itemid #K8CDF5VH) to @neighneighhorse
@neighneighhorse will pay @Zedoker 130,000 ecd upon approval of this contract
@Zedoker will then give @neighneighhorse the starrod listed above (itemid #K8CDF5VH) still under @Zedoker's ownership
@neighneighhorse will then have until May 29th, 2020 to pay @Zedoker a total sum of 2,270,000 (totalling to 2,400,000 including initial payment).
If @neighneighhorse breaks the star rod, they will owe @Zedoker 2,270,000.
@Zedoker agrees to set up a chestshop with 113 20k increments located at /warp zenith and 1 payment of 10k at the same location as well.
Upon final payment, @Zedoker will have 24h to transfer ownership of the rod to @neighneighhorse
If @neighneighhorse is late on the final payment, they agree to forfeit the starrod and any payments made to @Zedoker
