General Purpose of Contract:
Selling SkyFarms to Iticip on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will sell the town of "SkyFarms" to Iticip for $450,000 over a period of 5 weeks.
I will add Iticip as an owner to SkyFarms when the contract is accepted, and remove Lee1104 (myself) and megacuber587 when the $450,000 is paid off.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Iticip:
Megacuber587 and Lee1104 will be left as owners until Iticip pays off the $450,000.
Iticip will pay to a sign at "/warp stockholm2" following the schedule below:

• April 27 - May 3 = $100,000
• May 4 - May 10 = $100,000
• May 11 - May 17 = $100,000
• May 18 - May 24 = $100,000
• May 25 - May 31 = $50,000

Any late payments will result in a late fee of $10,000 (added to the week's payment) per day.

Megacuber587:
Megacuber587 will apply for any town features and file any application if Iticip provides the money.
Megacuber587 agrees that I, Lee1104, may sell the town of SkyFarms.
Megacuber587 agrees to allow Iticip to use a Tycoon+ town claim and/or a town transfer.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
